From its Network Operations Centre (NOC) in Cairns our technical staff provide clients with professional service on day to day technical operational faults as well as managing those higher level ICT issues.
CYDN’s datawarehouse and server farm is an intense capacity virtual servers environment linking back into NetApp SAN. cydn provides both cloud computing and virtual dedicated servers for data and applications, with snapshot and full disk, folder and file backups to disk and tape.

Internet Cafe facilities for the casual user or for the corporate user is available at all CYDN centres. Internet links are constantly monitored to ensure a speedy and reliable Internet connection.
