cydn Hotspot Service Conditions of Use

Please read the cydn Conditions of Use carefully before prepaying and using the cydn Hotspot internet access service (“The Service”).  By proceeding to prepay for the Service and/or using the cydn Hotspot service You agree to be bound by the term and conditions stated below.

If You do not agree to the terms and conditions do not prepay for a cydn Hotspot service and/or use the Service.

No Warranty Implied

cydn has no obligation to monitor the Service, and hence makes no warranty either implicit or implied that the Service meets Your requirements.  cydn may at it absolute and sole discretion disclose information regarding use of the Service for any reason without your consent. It may do so for operational reasons where reasonable to do so, and if required to satisfy laws, government regulations, or legal requests or protect itself and its customers.

Indemnity

By using the cydn Service, You agree, at your expense, to indemnify cydn, its employees, sub-contractors, Balkanu employees and directors, against any and all costs, damages judgments or otherwise resulting from any claim that Your use of the Service injured or otherwise violated any right of any third party or violates any law.

Service limitation and limitation of liability

The cydn Service are provided on an “as is” basis and whilst cydn will use reasonable technical management practices and deployment appropriate wireless technology (to 802.11 standards using an unlicenced radio signal) to provide the Service it makes no representation that the Service will be uninterrupted, available for Your prepaid period, be error free, be exclusively available to You, free of viruses, and free of software and data attacks You can reasonably expect in connection with, and use of, a public Internet access service.

Use of Wireless Technology

The wireless access You use to access the Service may expose You to security and privacy risks.  By use of the Service You acknowledge that You risk confidentiality and privacy attack and that cydn does not warrant the security of the Service.  Furthermore You agree to hold cydn harmless against all actions by Yourself and others by use of the Service.
