cydn computer facilities operate in a public environment.  

Email and Internet access is available during the standard cydn business hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).  These times may vary at some centres.

During times when videoconferences are in progress cydn may close the centre to the public to allow privacy during the videoconference.  cydn will endeavour to advise corporate customers, by broadcast email, of the videoconference sessions.  Individuals should consult the cydn centre co-ordinator in their community for closure times.

Limits apply to customer's email storage, access to cydn computers and printer volume usage.  Maximum email storage is 20 Mbytes per user.

Connection of servers or electronic public information services on a cydn service is prohibited and could result in suspension or cancellation of the service.

Customers who have overdue accounts will have all rights revoked until payment has been received in full.

Customer must comply, at all times, to the directions of the Centre Coordinator.

Usage of the service is governed by our "fair use" policy.  Excessive downloads or uploads may incur additional charges or cancellation of the service.

cydn reserves the right to limit or suspend Internet access during heavy traffic periods or fault conditions.
