Please note that CYDN usually requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for a VC request booking. This is to adequately allow for testing of VC calls to occur prior to the official booking to ensure compatibility of systems, as well as availability of technical and administrative staff. CYDN reserves the right to refuse a booking if the requested video conference time is less than 24 hours from the placement of the request (weekend/public holiday/network closure time excluded).
Example: Booking a VC call for a Thursday at 10am and however CYDN receives the initial request for this call on the previous Wednesday at 3pm. CYDN reserves the right to refuse the call.
CYDN will endevour to accept the booking, if resources allow, however this is not guaranteed. Please book your VC call as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

The minimum call duration for all charging purposes is one half hour. Thereafter charging segments are in 15 minute periods.
Booking requests are subject to confirmation. cydn may establish a trial connection to test interconnection between desired locations prior to the scheduled videoconference time.
cydn will take all measurers to ensure the video conference is connected at the scheduled times. cydn does not guarantee to provide service should technical difficulties in either the telecommunication services or equipment incompatibility prevent interconnection between the location(s).
The customer must provide cydn with all information and assistance requested by cydn technical support staff to assist videoconference operations. Where the customer is providing videoconference facilities, a technical person or competent videoconference operator, must be available to cydn to assist with any technical or operational issues.
cydn may, at its total discretion, offer the customer an alternative videoconference time should it be unable establish a videoconference connection due entirely to service difficulties in the cydn network.
The videoconference connection will be established approximately 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time, and it is the customer responsibility to ensure all customer videoconference equipment is appropriately powered.
It is the customer's responsibility to notify cydn of amendments to videoconference information contained in the videoconference confirmation advice.
