Customers are advised that the following cancellation policy applies to all requests for a videoconference.   To maintain our low prices, it is important that when we reserve rooms and resources for your videoconference that we receive payment.  If booking through our web site you will be asked to tick the box agreeing to these conditions. 

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Charges

 Less than 24 hours notice

 100% of the charges for the booking
 More than 24 hours and less than 2 working days

 50% of the charges for the booking 

 More than 2 working days

 $50 administration fee

 


 Additional Information

 Extra charges from a third party supplier for facilities requested as part of the video conference booking (eg non-cydn video conference  room(s),
 catering services or hire of additional equipment) may be payable to the provider of those services when a video conference is cancelled.  You will
 be responsible for these charges.
 Any costs and conditions will be set by the third party.
