History
CYDN is a business unit of the Balkanu Cape York Development Corporation created to establish and operate a network of managed technology centres in Cape York.
The Outback Digital Network (ODN), a consortia of five regional aboriginal bodies across northern Australia, applied for and received funds, through the Federal Government's Networking the Nation (NTN) program to establish the CYDN centres.
